I have severe social anxiety and am often embarrassed of my mental and emotional struggles, causing me to refrain from seeking help in situations. From the beginning I’ve felt safe and comfortable reaching out to management for help during those times.
Management is very approachable and considerate. They are also knowledgeable, and we are given opportunities to our views.
We are given the opportunity to be ourselves, our Administrator and DON are very flexible and allow us to do our jobs.

A certain team member encouraged Insight which I went through and continued counseling throughout the years, which has helped my mental health & to better care for our residents and be an encouragement to my fellow coworkers.
