Southlake Village Rehabilitation and Care Center Welcomes Ted Triggs D.O. as Medical Director

Southlake Village Rehabilitation and Care Center is pleased to announce that Dr. Ted Triggs, D.O. is joining our team as Medical Director, October 1, 2018. Dr. Triggs is eager to join the Southlake team and work in our family serving family atmosphere that matches his passion for providing excellent patient focused care.

Dr. Triggs is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency with Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Dr. Triggs is an internist who specializes in Internal Medicine and is a Partner with Lincoln Hospitalist Associates.

Following residency Dr. Triggs spent many years in Missouri before heading to Lincoln, NE where he was a hospitalist at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center for 12 years. In 2016, Dr. Triggs and his partner founded Lincoln Hospitalist Associates. Dr. Triggs is associated with Bryan Health, CHI Health and Select Specialty Hospital.

In his spare time, Dr. Triggs enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his beautiful family.

Southlake Village Rehabilitation and Care Center provides skilled rehabilitation, and long-term care. Our mission of ‘Dignity in Life’ is in every detail of Southlake Village. Rehabilitation is a key component to the Southlake Village culture. We are committed to providing the tools necessary to assist our patients in reaching their rehab goals.
