Bring on the Fiesta: National Long Term Care Week Celebrated at Southlake Village

In observance of National Long Term Care Week, May 10 to 16, 2015 Southlake Village Rehabilitation and Care Center celebrated with a variety of events meant to encourage residents, families and other close relatives to reach out to and visit with their loved ones and caregivers. In fact everyone got into the party mode because the American Health Care Association (AHCA) designated it as the week to “Bring on the Fiesta,” which is what we will did!

The facility held several events to highlight Long Term Care week, including
*Country Music with Rich and Roni
*The Senior Band
*Show Me a Talent & Show and Tell Event
*Complimentary Mexican Coffee, Hot Chocolate and Smoothie Bar
*Totally Tubular 80’s Fiesta in celebration of Long Term Care Week and the Vetter Senior Living 40th Anniversary.
